Here is the before photos of a Menlo Park patient desiring a neck lift. She underwent a deep plane facelift with platysmaplasty neck lift along with fat transfer from her abdomen to her face in our palo alto plastic surgery center. The procedure was performed under IV sedation with no need for general anesthesia. She was back to social engagements and regular activity within 1-2 weeks.
