Here is another bay area resident concerned with looking tired. She had tried Botox and fillers in the past but they did not fully treat the neck laxity and extra eyelid skin. She underwent a deep plane facelift, submentoplasty, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, temple brow lift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat preservation and fat transfer from her abdomen to the face. This was performed at our Palo Alto Plastic Surgery Center by Dr. Hessler with gentle IV sedation monitored by an anesthesiologist without the need for full general anesthesia.
